Pollo O Manzo is the chic trattoria at low prices that occupies a magnificent room and a terrace with breathtaking views of the vineyards, within the resort. It owes its name to the legendary question of American air stewardesses, the famous "chicken or beef? ". Paradoxical because Pollo O Manzo offers the best sirloin of our beautiful region, pesto sauce  or "crying tiger" sauce as well as a rotisserie of organic grain-fed chicken, cooked daily according to the chef's mood.

Antipasti, crostini, beautiful salads, our legendary sorbets, everything is fresh and homemade. Our Italian products and wines come from farms confiscated from the Mafia and returned to the Libera Terra association.

Every Sunday, a very nice Special menu and upon request, a host to entrust the children to take full advantage of it.
